Sunday School is at 10:00 am, and there are classes for all ages. The Sunday morning service is at 11:00 am and the Sunday evening service is at 6:30 pm. The Wednesday evening service is at 7:00 pm.

How long do the services last?

Most services last about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.

What kind of music do you have?

We have traditional Christian music in our services. Our music program attempts to exalt the Lord Jesus Christ through songs and hymns of praise.

What do most people wear to church?

Some men wear ties, and many do not. Some ladies wear dresses, but some wear slacks. Most people wear “business casual” attire. We are more interested in people attending than in what they wear, but we do ask that everyone dress modestly.

Where are you located?

We are in Dayton, Ohio, about ½ mile to Kettering, ½ mile to Riverside and 2 miles to Beavercreek. From Route 35, go south on Smithville Road (towards Kettering) for about 1 mile. Turn left on Pleasantview Ave. It goes back 3 blocks and dead ends into our parking lot.

How many people attend your church?

We are a congregation of about one hundred members.

We have classes for nursery age, beginners (4 and 5 yrs. old), primary (grades 1-3), juniors (grades 4-6), teens, and adults.

Do you have a nursery?

Yes, we have a nursery for children 3 and under on Sunday Morning. On Sunday and Wednesday evening the nursery is for ages up to five years old.

What programs do you offer on Wednesday evening?

We have Bible Clubs for young people from 5 to 18 years old. The nursery is available for infants to four year olds. We have an adult Bible study that our pastor teaches. This is a verse by verse study of a book of the Bible. Handouts are given to supplement the teaching.

Do you believe that only Baptists are going to Heaven?

No, we believe that those who repent of their sin (Luke 13:3) and accept Jesus Christ as their Savior are given eternal life by God and will go to Heaven when they leave this life (Rom. 10:9-13; John 1:12; 1 John 5:10-13; Eph. 2:8, 9).
